#C223 - Size 35 Go Stones (Slate and Mexican Clamshell) and Go Bowls (Mountain Mulberry) Set - Utility with original box

This set includes high quality go bowls and very thick go stones. An original box is included that says they are size 34 utility-grade, but in actuality they are on the thick size (almost size 36).The bowls are Mountain Mulberry, a rare type of wood with wide lines and high density, and a golden glow in the light. They were refurbished in our Colorado workshop; the original shellac finish was cleared with scrubbing and turpentine, treated with Monkey Wax and given 2 weeks to cure. The white pieces are Mexican clams, with a variety in grades but mostly Utility. They were cleaned according to our Care Instructions including a week-long soak in h2o2, a wash with distilled water, and buffing with iso-paraffin wax.
