This guide is equipped with a month worth of workouts to help you reach your physique goals. Each workout is structured with intent around emphasizing progressive overloading and perfecting form - warm up, activation, lift, cool-down and cardio. A comprehensive explanation of the importance of the global and local musculature systems is included along with an optional HIIT workout.
