The idea is perfecting form & incorporating low weight with extra intent on the core muscles & muscle/mind connection. The core musculature systems play an important part in the stabilization of more efficient workouts in the future.  This guide is equipped with a month worth of workouts to help you reach your physique goals. Each workout is structured with intent around emphasizing progressive overloading and perfecting form - warm up, activation, lift, cool-down and cardio. A comprehensive explanation of the importance of the global and local musculature systems is included along with an optional HIIT workout.
