Fjåk Pavlova Party White Meringue w/ Berries (Cake Series)

Pavlova party bar is a creamy meringue white chocolate topped with dry meringue and Nordic berries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. Pavlova cake is originally from Australia and New Zealand, in the early 20th century but it has become a tradition in Norway for the constitution day in the 17th of May. Pavlova is made of whipped egg whites and sugar, crowned with whipped cream and berries. It's a delightful play of textures: crisp outer shell of merengue, chewy interior, and crowned with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
