This Lever binder is for use with 5/16" Grade 70 Transport Chain. The leverage design allows you to easily snap the binder into place. Used to tighten chains securely over a load. Made with a forged steel handle, these binders use a lever action to tighten the chain down. Make sure to always select the correct load binder and not to overload the binders.
