The smoke colored natural veins are plentiful on the thumb molded marble top & create a nice visual effect. We handle a ton of Victorian furniture and found this table to be quite refreshing credited to it's graceful scale and delicate proportions. The table is crafted from American Black Walnut with carvings encompassing the entire apron and wonderful cabochon carvings at the knees with a sweet heart shape design. When I purchase my forever home I want to plant a row of Walnut trees that I can watch grow. As
