Feather Fascinator Workshop

In this 6-hour workshop, students will make a fun festive feather fascinator.  A perfect addition to a Kentucky Derby or special event outfit. Students will learn to trim and cut a variety of feathers that they will attach to a base creating a fun feather flower. The flower will then be sewn to a premade sinamay base. Students will additionally learn to cover a medal headband with tulle that the sinamay base and flower will be sewn on to.    Hand sewing skills recommended but not required.   Class will meet Saturday, April 5th, from 10:00-4:00pm. There will be a one-hour lunch break. All supplies are included in the price.
