Apples in Autumn Advanced Cookie Class

It wouldn’t be fall without the sweet aroma of apples baking with hints of spice. In honor of my favorite fall smells, I bring to you the advanced Apples in Autumn class! All the cozy and warm colors and textures any aspiring cookie decorator could ask for.  This class is broken into three parts: Part 1: Royal icing coloring and consistencies, only 22 minutes long and worth the watch, ensuring that you achieve the right icing consistencies to get the job done   Part 2: Beginning stages of royal icing application plus 3D sculpting. This portion is the longest of the class and is just under 2 hours.  Part 3: Covers the majority of the painting steps and finishing touches to the really make those designs pop! This portion is about an hour and a half.  You don’t have to sit and watch this class all at once! Since it is prerecorded you can easily pause and take breaks or go back to certain parts.
