Agate, Antique-Look with Black and White Eye Design, 8mm on 16" Strands

Black, or banded, agate beads with superimposed black and white eye design 8mm beads on 16" strands These came from Beadazzled in Falls Church and I don't know the story behind them or how these beads were made. It's not even completely clear to me whether it's the white or the black that's been added, I suspect the white tho as it's a bright white rarely found in nature.
