A very unusual transparent (a few opaque in the mix as well) violet-hued Venetian seed beads. 28" long strand of irregular 6º beads. Traded in the Ivory Coast. From the late 1800s. Priced per strand, not as a bunch. This color pre-dates 1900 and is very rare!
