Makabibi Shell Cross with Abalone Shell Focal Pendant 40x30mm (1pc)

This large cross pendant is beautifully crafted from all natural materials. The cross is created as a doublet (two layers) of white makabibi shell. Gifted artisans inlay pieces of natural abalone (paua) shell onto each side of the cross. The white makabibi shell has a pearly iridescence to it that marries nicely with the iridescence of the abalone shell. The colors shift in the light. There is a half-drilled hole, drilled into the top of the long axis of the cross. Everything is done by hand, so there are some variations which result in a very natural appearance.
