This part fits the following make/models: 1992 - 1999 Chevy Tahoe 1992 - 1999 GMC Yukon 1988 - 1992 Chevy Full Size Blazer 1999 - 2000 GMC Denali 1998 - 2000 Cadillac Escalade 1992 - 1999 Suburban This is a leaf spring hanger for the rear end of the rear leaf spring on the above make/models Some GMT800 trucks have frames with off-set mounting holes for the rear spring hanger.  This will require either slight modification to the frame or hanger to make the holes line up.
