Nourish + Define Refillable Brow Pencil

Plume Nourish & Define Brow Pencil is developed specifically for the brow challenged to create the look of thicker brows while adding all-day definition and color to your best feature. Available in six shades. Plume dual-ended pencil with spoolie, also refillable.  *New packaging comes with 1 pencil and 1 additional refill HOW TO USE IT Note: When you receive your pencil, be gentle when opening the packaging. Keep the pencil upright when un-capping. Do not expose more than 1/16 of an inch to prevent the tip from breaking. To apply, brush brows into shape with the spoolie end, combing outwards and upwards. Twist the base of the pencil to reveal the always-sharp tip. For broad definition: begin outlining under the arch of the brow and continues towards the tail. Next, outline above the arch and fill the middle of the brow. Blend color with the spoolie end for a natural finish.
