Mildly sour, chewy, grainy and versatile. 40% whole grain flour (local) and 60% white wheat flour. This bread is long fermented and takes us 36 hours to create.  ~409g/14oz. Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour*, water, stone milled whole wheat flour*, whole grain culture, sea salt. (*organic) Organic Ingredients Vegan Wild Cultured  Long Fermentation 40% Whole Grain (locally grown & milled at Beck's) Pick-up details: Saturdays, Arcata Farmers' Market, 9 am- 1pm  (Winter - 10 am start) Note: if it is raining sideways, pick-up will be curbside at Beck's Bakery, 100 Ericson Ct., 100 C, Arcata, 9 am - 2 pm
