Juggernaut NP205 Dual Output Shaft - 35 Spline

For decades it has been known that the 32 spline configuration was the strongest common option for many transfer case outputs. However, in recent years even the 32 spline outputs are becoming the weak links in some off-road machines. We say "Bigger has got to be better"....  Introducing the 35 Spline Juggernaut Series NP205 Dual Output Shaft.  This  stock length, replacement rear output shaft, works with stock NP205 housing, needle bearings, snap rings, and can be modified to accept stock plastic speedometer gears. Steel VSS tone rings are available separately Diameters:  A standard stock 32 spline shafts is 1.368" major diameter, compared to the super beefy 35 spline Juggernaut Dual Output shaft which boasts a major diameter of 1.500". NO MACHINING REQUIRED. This shaft is made from 8620 steel, and case hardened.
