Frammenti - Barrel Head Charcuterie Tray

The "Frammenti" is a wine barrel head cutting board crafted from a retired Napa barrel head. We dry the barrel, crack it open and pull out the barrel heads from both sides. It's then trimmed, sanded silky smooth, and sealed with several coats of organic food grade Tung oil for easy cleaning and years of use. Re-oil the board occasionally as you would any other and it will last generations! The handles are made from retired wine barrel rings bent by hand (you should see our forearms!) and add great character to the board.
