Our American whiskey has aromas of vanilla and caramel with a note of honey and cinnamon. It has a soft and sweet entry on the palate with cinnamon and sweet corn, with just a touch of spice in the finish, thanks to that bit of rye in the blend. This whiskey won double gold at the NYI Spirits competition in 2023. Each batch is hand proofed down based on what the barrel tells us so ABV may vary slightly. 88-92 Proof | 44%-46% ABV | 750 mL
