The Nugget - Olive has an olive green body and thorax with a red rib and pale yellow-olive wing buds. A silver bead and epoxy-covered body allow the Nugget to sink quickly. The epoxy-covered body gives the fly a realistic appearance and makes for a very durable fly as well. The Olive Nugget is another great addition to any chironomid box and you can never have enough chironomid patterns on the water.
