new vintage We call ourselves a "sake shop for natural wine lovers", but this... this is a "cider for natural wine lovers". After losing a significant amount of crop to frost in 2020, Patois Cider decided to make up for this loss by using a combination of foraged & farmed apples. It's also made in the style of a pet-nat leaving us with a beautifully effervescent, high acid and dry cider. Patois Cider "Quaker Run" 2020 [750ml] Roxbury Russet, Ashmeads Kernel, Black Twig, Grimes Golden, Gold Rush-- Patois Cider The Vinification: Bottled before sugar depletion to capture energy and used longer lees contact in bottle to build texture. Ancestral Method Cider, no fining or filtration. Indigenous yeasts. The experience: Aperitif cider. Finishes dry!
