Lighten Up

In this single one-hour session, we explore our electrical bodies, otherwise known as biophotons, the instantaneous electrical signals that underpin our chemical/mechanical bodies. There is a lot of heaviness and emotionalism in our world. This can manifest as depression, anxiety and anger, but at it's core it is a deep sadness, a global collective wound. We use this hour to explore the possibility of making room for lightness of being - for play, for pleasure, for song and dance, for laughter and spontaneous joy.
