Ciro Picariello Greco di Tufo 2022

This floral and citrus-forward dry white is medium-bodied and has good acidity. The vines are from mineral-rich clay and limestone soils in Tufo and Montefusco. Vinified in stainless steel, its rests on the lees with battonage for 8 months. Picariello's Greco is made similarly to his Fiano, although the must is pressed more quickly to avoid oxidation.  It's an excellent white wine: savory, very minerally, long and complex.
