Inspired by the centuries-old “Four Thieves Vinegar” recipe from plague-era Marseille, this limited-release amaro is aged longer and infused with an expanded palette of botanicals for exceptional complexity. Crafted with 36 botanicals—roots, barks, leaves, and seeds—plus additional botanicals unique to the Reserve, it’s sweetened with three distinct raw honeys sourced from an apiary in Ithaca, NY. The aging process combines oak barrels, glass demijohns, and stainless steel tanks, imparting a layered character that unfolds with every sip. Expect a rich, herbal profile with notes of rhubarb root, lemongrass, chamomile, caramel, eucalyptus, and a medley of warming spices.
