ALC.13.5%/VOL  PRODUCT OF FRANCE (2021) Winemaker Notes Most of our growers have vineyards in Châteauneuf du Pape and vineyards in Côtes du Rhône. For that reason, the large majority of the grapes used in our Côtes du Rhône have been hand harvested since they can use the same team of harvesters. This way we can offer a superior quality. The grapes are coming from 40 to 50 years old vineyards, which brings personality and complexity to our Côtes du Rhône. Tasting Notes: Creamy textured plum and raspberry sauce notes glide through, flecked with black tea and pastis flavors and framed by a subtle apple wood hint. Flattering in feel, but shows latent cut and drive, so there's no rush. Food Pairing  This can be enjoyed now with steak frites, any Mediterranean dishes, pizzas, grilled chicken and cheese.
