Topics covered during this course include lead belaying, lead climbing, rope handling, risk management, and, of course, falling. To successfully participate in this class, you must be belay certified and must be able to comfortably climb 5.10a or higher. Included in the class: - Six hours of instruction over two consecutive Thursday sessions - Day pass and gear for both days of the class ($78 value) included in non-member purchase - Additional class-specific gear for both days of the class: Students MUST bring their own harnesses and ATC belay devices with locking carabiners.
