Golden Acres Blend (Subscription)

Blend Components: Colombia Lomo de Buey + Organic Timor FTO Tasting Notes: Chocolate, Caramel, Tropical Process: Washed Roast: Dark Brew Method: Espresso, AeroPress, French Press, Cold Brew Espresso Dose: Recommended espresso recipe is 1:1.8 in 35 seconds. In our cafe, we use 19.5g of ground espresso to an output of 36g of brewed espresso. Golden Acres has become a staple in our cafes. The always chocolatey profile, body and sweetness give it depth for a great tasting shot of espresso or pairing with your favorite milk. We source coffee seasonally so we continually have the freshest lots available. This season is a blend of Colombia and Organic Timor FTO. The combination has a natural sweetness of chocolate and caramel taste with a hint of citrus to balance it out.
