This unique spirit has been aged 2 years in an American White Oak Barrel, then matured for another 2 and a half years in a freshly harvested Apple Brandy barrel. Full-bodied notes of apple and honey make for a very enjoyable take on our favorite spirit. Made in limited quantities, this rare spirit is made for celebrating special moments.Tasting notes: Nose: light spice, floral and pine notes, hints of black licorice, and candy apple.Palate: Soft upfront, then a burst of sweetness with overripe apple and honey notes. Full-body.Finish: A big lingering finish with notes of mature oak, and baking spice.
