It is perfect for sublimation.  Pillow Cover Description: The cover is 100% white polyester. It holds a 16x16 insert (not included). Has a hidden zipper on the bottom for inserting your pillow (pillow insert NOT included). Please note that due to differences in computer screens the design color may appear slightly different than actual product. We cannot guarantee a specific color as we don't have control over what your screen shows. Time and Temp: 400 degrees for 60 seconds. I use butcher paper under the pillow and over the whole top of the pillow. This is the time and temperature I have found to work for me. All heat presses are different so you will need to experiment for what works for you. I do NOT guarantee these settings will work
