The Targeted Pore Serum Niacinamide 22 is a water-based serum that contains 22% Niacinamide and 0.5% Tannin Complex HR to effectively minimize pores and control excess sebum. It has a lightweight and non-sticky texture that transforms into a unique silky soft matte feel when applied.  It contains advanced ingredients such as 22% Niacinamide, 0.5% Tannin Complex HR and 1% Anti-Sebum P, 5-peptide complex, Green Caffeine, EGCG, Squalane, BHA, PHA.  The Targeted Pore Serum Niacinamide 22 is ideal for oily and textured skin types.
