Advanced Embroidery on Knitting Class

This is a new class that I am offering in response to the overwhelming positive reaction to an embroidered shawl that I made over the summer and shared on Instagram (@bloomhandmadestudio). During this class, we will stitch six different techniques into a swatch that you knit prior to the session. We will begin with a simple running stitch, add a double stitch windmill, work a myriad of fancy loops, embellish knitted color work and stitch two different motifs into garter stitch. To get the most out of this fast-paced class, I recommend that you be able to knit the swatch in the second  photo below and do so following the instructions I provide when you register. That said, if you're curious and just want to get the hang of the technique, feel free to just observe! I will provide detailed commentary on what we are doing and will share oodles of slides to show how to apply the techniques, documenting how I've applied the technique through
