Cauliflower, with a slight twist. High levels of beta-carotene give Flame Star its unique color. Flame Star produces yellow heads that can have a slight buttery, nutty taste. Wonderful for roasting or creating soup. Adaptable and heat tolerant. Perfect for growing in spring and fall.  Can be harvested about 6-8 weeks from planting.
