Cilantro (also called coriander) is a staple herb that’s used in so many cuisines around the world. All parts of the plant are edible, but the fresh leaves and the dried seeds are the parts most traditionally used in cooking. Cilantro Calypso is the slowest variety to bolt. Making this Cilantro ideal.  Grows best in cool conditions and thrives in a mix of sun and shade. However, the direct afternoon summer sun can burn the leaves.  Arrives to you in a 6” pot, 3 plants per pot.
