Pycnanthemum pilosum Pycnanthemum pilosum, commonly called American mountain mint, is a clump-forming aromatic perennial that typically grows 1-3’ tall. This easy-to-care-for perennial features very aromatic, dark green leaves and white flowers that appear in mid to late summer. Perfect for mass planting in borders or allowed to naturalize in native plant gardens, cottage gardens, or meadows. A very important pollinator for native insects.
