Insert OptionThis pillow cover can be ordered with or without a premium down insert. To include an insert, simply select that option from the drop-down menu. Each insert is made with a 100% cotton cover filled with 90% duck feathers and 10% goose down, giving it a soft, cozy feel. For the best shape and loft, inserts are sized 2 inches larger than the cover, so a 25x25 cover will be paired with a 27x27 insert.
