Total amount: $675 We raise our cattle out on open pastures to produce the most nutritious and flavorful grass fed beef you will ever taste. This box includes: 45 lbs. of grass-fed beef. 5-6 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip and Filet Mignon trio 2 Roasts. Either Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip, Picanha or Arm Roast. 1-2 Osso Buco Style Shanks 1-2 lbs. of Fajita Meat and/or Skirt Steak 1-2 lbs. of Stew Meat. 2 Sirloin Baseball Steaks. 1-2 packages of Beef Ribs. 20-30 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (80-85% lean). *Some cuts may be substituted with a cut of similar value.
