Our rustic cider, this year made with 25% Spanish apple varieties (22% Collaos, 3% Teorica) and 75% American apple varieties selected with similar profiles to other Spanish varieties. The apples were macerated for seven days then pressed and barrel fermented. We feel this is, by far, our best vintage of this cider yet. The base release is still and released in a 750ml bottle with aerating cork so you can do your own long pours.
