The crystals and smudge are geared toward helping yourself feel more confident, have a better out look toward your self… help to find self love.  The essential oil Love Spell, not even brings love and support to you, it helps you love yourself. When burning smudge with coal puck, make sure to burn on appropriate heat protected surface, I recommend a bowl with sand and then the puck.  Crystals in kits will vary in size and shade of color in pictures.
