Use this strong magnet to hold the clipper blade so that you can sharpen it on the clipper hone. Note, sometimes the magnet comes with a piece of steel over the bottom that must be removed in order for the magnet to work. The medium size magnet comes with a protective bar which may be difficult to remove. This is a strong magnet pulling 30 lbs. Use a vise if necessary to remove the protective bar.
