The HuntChef Country Style Brine Kit can be used to brine any animal! Try it on deer, bird, rabbit, pork, beef, bear, fish, or squirrel! Directions: Add contents to 2.5 gallons warm water, stir until dissolved, chill to 40 degrees F. Inject large cuts well, submerge and refrigerate for 7 days. Dry in refrigerator for 24 hours. Rub with your favorite seasoning and smoke to 155 degrees F internal temperature. For sweeter brine: add brown sugar For spicy brine: add cayenne pepper One kit makes 2 gallons of cure.
