Begonia maculata 'Wightii' is a cultivar of the species, which is native to Southeastern Brazil. 'Wightii' is famous for it's polka-dotted fronts, though the original species does not display these. Begonia maculata 'Wightii' enjoys bright indirect to direct sun exposure, a chunky, well-draining potting mix, and mild to high temps.
