2008 Le Brun Servenay Extra Brut Grand Cru Vieilles Vignes

The core of the cuvée is made up of three vineyards with very old vines in Cramant and Avize. The first is a parcel of 50 ares in Avize: part of which is 30 years old and part of which is more than century old, planted by the grandfather of the 81-year-old gentleman Patrick, Gauthier’s father, purchased the vineyard from in 1989. The second parcel, planted in 1937, is in Cramant and belonged to Gauthier’s greatgrandfather. A third parcel is on the border of Cramant and Avize: two of the most assertive terroirs in the Côte des Blancs giving very saline and mineral wines."  Alcohol: 12%  *Price and availability in store may vary.
