Some wet earth, too. Medium body. Spiced and a little tight on the palate with chalky tannins and crunchy acidity. Polished finish."  Winemaker Notes:  "In terms of color, this wine takes on a deep, dark purple in youth, tending gradually to garnet over time. On the nose, richly perfumed, aroma of violets and cherry.
