The palate's ripe pear flavor is cut by wet cement and white pepper."   Winemaker Notes:  "This single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is introduced by bold tropical notes of citrus, grapefruit and pineapple with a beautiful minerality. Floral aromas complement the refreshing flavors.
