This hat is made from sable brown rabbit fur felt with hand shaped center crease, and tight pinch. The brim measures approximately 2.5 inches, and is flanged with a slight upturn. The crown measures about 6" tall.Roan leather sweatband is custom fit into each hat and hand sewn. A brown grosgrain hatband embellishes the crown.Our Hat Making Process:Breadliner hats are made using legacy techniques, and old fashioned equipment. Our carefully selected felts are blocked on custom made hat blocks.
