Complete Antique Leather Bound History of England by James Anthony Froude 1870

Scribner, 1870.  Complete in 12 uniform leather bound volumes.  Top page edges are gilt. End papers are marbled.  Books are in sound condition with covers, hinges, and bindings in-tact. A few hinges are beginning to crack, but still functional, as shown.  Signs of age include: cover wear, light stains, foxing, previous owner names, as shown.  Volume I has a few damp stains in the front of the book, as shown.  Linear shelf space: 1 foot, 4 inches.  Max height: 7.5"  Customers receive the exact item pictured.
