Saturday, September 6th, 10am-12pm, $70 per person, Chef Katie Hopkins, Demonstration Time to dust off your fanciest teacup and bring your appetite! In this unique cooking class, we’re diving into the whimsical world of British tea parties—with a menu fit for queens, corgis, and curious cooks alike. Chef Katie will show you how to create the perfect finger foods for your tea party, followed by a demonstration for how to create a visually appealing display that will wow your guests! Of course, no tea party would be complete without a cup of tea. Guests will  have their choice of two flavors of tea to enjoy with your savories and sweets! Menu: Assorted Finger Sandwiches including Coronation Chicken, Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese on Pumpernickel, and Cucumber with a Tomato Chutney.  Golden Sausage Rolls, Crunchy and Creamy Scotch eggs, and Fresh Veggie Crudités.  Sweet Buttery Scones with Clotted Cream and Jam, plus a Dreamy Bakewell Tart.
