The Dryer Buddy PLUS #28 is a 2-way switcher based on the original Dryer Buddy #28, It allows you to share your single L6-30 outlet with two devices, this allows you to plug in two L6-30 equipped devices. Only one outlet is live at a time, by default it’s outlet #1 (L6-30 on the left) with a flip of the switch power is toggled to outlet #2 only (L6-30 on the right) Designed so that other members of the house don’t accidentally turn on the item plugged into outlet #1 while you’re charging your EV on outlet #2 for example.. Great for apartment dwellers, temp housing or an easy hookup at a friend’s/relatives house. This unit is built with a L6-30 plug and two L6-30 outlets. This Dryer Buddy PLUS looks like Dryer Buddy PLUS #2 but this unit is built with all L6-30 connectors. Be sure to set your Electric Vehicle or EV Charging Station (EVSE) to 24amps or less when using this Dryer Buddy (max draw for 30amp Dryer Circuit).
