Jo. Staff in Aikido. Kihon Aikijo: Book 1 by Bartosz Ciechanowicz
I hope that this publication will meet your expectations. The opportunity to write it was primarily the 15th anniversary of my school, but not only. In addition, I was also prompted by personal experience gathered for over 25 years of practice. Today I know that the art does not function without the elements of kihon. Organising the technical foundations allows you to see the differences between them and build subsequent combinations. I have also devoted this publication to this issue. Unfortunately, the book: Jo. Staff in Aikido. Kihon Aikijo. Volume I is only a supplement for individual work on oneself and it will in no way replace a systematic practice in the dojo. I have devoted a significant portion of the book to the principles of the dojo etiquette in the hope that awareness of the origin of aiki will continue to develop, and aikido students will cultivate memory and respect for O`Sensei Morihei Ueshiba and subsequent generations of masters.
