We chose not to engrave the USA on this one that what you can decide weather you want your sign horizontal or vertical. Material: This kit is now cut on MDF  Measurements: 10 3/8” X 5 7/8”  What is included in this kit:  1 MDF frame  4 MDF frame edges  MDF letters (USA)  3 MDF stars  2 MDF Hinges  1 piece of sandpaper  What you will need to complete this kit:  stain (I used water based stain in the color Kona)  Paint colors of your choice  hot glue gun and glue sticks
