In the Little Chef Entrepreneur program, young chefs ages 7–12 will explore the exciting world of food and business. Throughout the 6 weeks, participants will sharpen essential kitchen skills, learn the basics of food safety, menu planning, and budgeting, and develop a unique food concept—from idea to execution. With teamwork and creativity at the forefront, these budding entrepreneurs will design their own mini eatery, complete with signage, pricing, and a menu they create from scratch. The week culminates in a one-day-only community event, where Little Chefs proudly serve their culinary creations to real customers—family, friends, and local supporters.
