Serving size: 1 teaspoon Ingredients:  Iron (derived from ferrous sulfate) - 10 mg Vitamin C - 3 mg Other ingredients: Purified water (reverse osmosis and ozone are used) Adult directions: Adults take 1 teaspoon daily by placing under tongue. Consult a health care practitioner for use with all individuals especially those under the age of 14.
