Rare reverse type featuring Romulus. Historic emission released to celebrate the restoration of the Auguratorium on the Palatine where Romulus took the auspices for the foundation of Rome.  NGC Certified to AU, Flan Flaw.  Obverse: HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P, laureate bust facing right.
